Does Daywind.com accept phone, fax, email or mail orders?

We do not accept email or fax orders.  However, We do accept phone and mail orders. To place a phone order please contact 1.800.635.9581. Send mail orders to 126 Shivel Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075. You will need to include a check made out to Daywind for the appropriate amount. Please contact to determine the amount to make the check out for.

I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?

If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.635.9581 to make sure your order was received.


I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?

What is the Return Policy?

    • Return defective and incorrectly shipped merchandise for refund or replacement within 30 days

    • MP3 Downloads are non-refundable

This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Defective and incorrectly shipped merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. However, we will not honor exchanges or refunds due to customer preference (i.e. wrong key or performer). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product that they order is what he/she intends to order. MP3 Downloads are non-refundable. If you experience difficulities with your download you will need to contact Daywind Customer Service at 1.800.635.9581 to resolve the problem.


Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling our Customer Service Department at 1.800.635.9581.


How long does it generally take to process an order?

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.

NOTE: UPS 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM(CST) will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 3PM will be shipped out the following day. Can I reactivate an order that has been voided/cancelled?

No, you'll have to re-order online.


How do I use Daywind.com's shopping cart?

Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field, and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, click "continue shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, select a shipping method. If everything meets your satisfaction, click "Check Out" and proceed to check out.


I am experiencing trouble with my shopping cart. What can I do?

Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:
1. Cookies are not enabled.

NOTE: In some cases, the cookies on your computer may become corrupted. If this occurs, please clear your cookies and cache, close your browser and try again.

2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly.
3. The computer you're using is behind a firewall.
4. You are using a browser released prior to Internet Explorer 5.1.

If all else fails, try closing all open programs and restart your computer, or try from a different computer.


What happens if an item is backordered?

If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then it will automatically be removed from your order. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item (if you were already charged, you will be refunded). The item that was backordered will have to be re-ordered online when it becomes available again.


Shipping Methods and Carriers?

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

International Shipping?

Daywind.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

For products shipped internationally, please note that the product and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Daywind.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


Why must Daywind.com verify my shipping address?

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your Daywind.com account information.

Why was my credit/debit card declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?

A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information.


Does Daywind.com know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?

Our system charges your credit card automatically. We are not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.


Does Daywind.com charge sales tax?

Daywind.com charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to Tennessee. Tennessee residents are charged according to their state and/or local tax rate. Please note that the sales tax for Tennessee orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by Tennessee on shipping and handling is part of the TN state sales tax, not a separate tax.
